Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
Nature of Service
InsuranceDenialAppeal is a document preparation service. We provide tools that generate insurance denial appeal letters based on information you provide, state insurance codes, and publicly available federal law.
Not Legal Advice
InsuranceDenialAppeal is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by using this service. The documents generated are based on publicly available federal and state law and are provided as a starting point for exercising your insurance appeal rights.
Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of the information you enter into the form
- Verifying that the generated document is appropriate for your specific situation
- Reviewing the document before sending it
- Sending the letter within any applicable appeal deadline
- Consulting a qualified attorney if you have questions about your legal rights
Accuracy of Legal Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the insurance code citations and related legal provisions referenced in our documents are accurate and current. However, laws change, and we do not guarantee that every detail is up to date at all times.
Payment and Refunds
The purchase price is displayed before purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. Because the product is a digital document delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are final and non-refundable. A free watermarked preview is available before purchase.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsuranceDenialAppeal shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of this service or any document generated by this service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific document.
No Guarantees of Outcome
Generating and sending an appeal letter does not guarantee any particular outcome. The insurance company may or may not reverse the denial.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
